To continue our success story and to ensure sustainable growth we are looking for experienced and results driven professional with a proven track record of successfully managing medium - large scale operations, skilled in strategic planning, process optimisation and team leadership, committed to driving efficiency, productivity and profitability to join our Jeddah-based team.

 

Your responsibilities

 

• Develop innovative and cost-effective formwork solutions, optimizing materials and labor for construction projects
• Create precise formwork and shoring drawings using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes
• Ensure structural integrity by conducting rigorous static analysis, guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of formwork designs
• Craft compelling client presentations, utilizing 3D modeling and visualization tools to effectively communicate design concepts
• Produce comprehensive engineering documents, including design layouts, assembly instructions, calculations, and material lists
• Collaborate closely with sales and design teams to provide the most effective and efficient formwork design solutions for projects

 

Your profile

 

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the formwork industry
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in the latest AutoCAD Software and 3D modeling techniques, with familiarity in software like Revit, Solidworks, or Tekla considered an advantage
• Showcase proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluent in English and Arabic language (spoken and written)
• Exhibit a growth mindset, professionalism, and self-motivation, reflecting a commitment to personal and career development
• Open to work in an international team environment
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and client interaction
