How do you assess the past year for PERI Saudi Arabia?

What were the main challenges, and how were they addressed?
“The main challenges were linked to market pressure, tight project timelines, and high customer expectations. Success required fast decisions, clear communication, and strong coordination. Our strength as part of a global group also supported us in maintaining reliability and consistency, which helped our customers deliver their projects on time.”
What will matter most in the year ahead?
“The expectations are now higher, and so is the responsibility. What will matter most is initiative, speed, and teamwork. People must act before being asked, communicate openly, and support each other. We do not need perfection; we need consistency, ownership, and action.”
